    Newforms and Phase3 worked closely with the client to create a seamless connection between the front and rear gardens, and turn what were largely underutilised areas into stylish, usable spaces. The project brief was to transform the front, side, and back of the house whilst maintaining the federation style of the home. Incorporated into the alfresco area was a new patio structure, featuring a custom, jarrah-framed roof in keeping with the existing roof. A stainless-steel barbecue and granite benchtop, all adjacent to the internal kitchen, increase the space’s usability.
